What is DSO 3.0?
DSO 3.0 is a term that we’ve coined to explain a new model of DSO that has emerged in the last year. Instead of a single practice joining a large, pre-existing DSO, groups of like-minded practice owners join together to “rollup” and sell as a larger entity to a private equity firm. This way, the practices are worth more for the initial sale, and the practice owners retain clinical autonomy, teams get larger benefits, and the level of patient care stays high.
Am I obligated to join if I attend?
Absolutely not! This workshop is for educational purposes only. We will not pressure you to join anything--instead, we will answer your questions and help you understand your opportunities from all different angles.
