James Mayer 
Director of Education at Vatech America
James Mayer is the Director of Education at Vatech America. He joined Vatech America in 2011 as a member of the Education team providing employee, client, and dealer training. He has been in the dental industry for over 20 years developing a well-rounded knowledge of the dental industry and clients' needs.

Through this experience, he and the Education team have developed Vatech’s world-class training and education experience. Due to the events of 2020, he was able to lead the transition to an online learning platform. This has opened the opportunity to work with many of the dental industry key opinion leaders developing web-based education content that will enhance the quality of patient care.


Lennart Elgaard 
Director of Strategic Partnership Development at Vatech America
Lennart Elgaard is celebrating 20 years in the Dental Industry, with 17 of those years dedicated exclusively towards digital dental imaging and radiography. Mr. Elgaard has combined his dual degrees in Marketing and Management from Ramapo College with his radiography certification to provide expert-level image training and provide workflow consultation within the dental practice.

Since joining Vatech America in 2011, Mr. Elgaard has held the position of Education Specialist, Director of Education, and is currently the Director of Strategic Partnership Development. During his tenure, Mr. Elgaard has trained well over 2000 offices in the US, Canada, and Mexico where he developed a keen understanding of the day-to-day needs of a dental practice. In recent years, he has also conducted well over 100 lectures discussing the benefits of digital radiography with an emphasis on CBCT.


Gary Kadi
CEO & Founder, NextLevel Practice
Gary has worked to empower dentists for more than 20 years. After watching a movie that poked fun at dentists, Gary discovered his life’s mission: altering America’s health by transforming the way the public relates to dentistry.

Gary realized that dentists rely on a broken business model that focuses on attracting new patients instead of engaging and educating current ones. After years of studying the recurring challenges that dentists face (team dynamics, finances, high patient turnover, etc), he created NextLevel Practice and the Complete Health Dentistry model.

He is inspired every day by the courage and personal successes of dentists and their teams, and his goal is to help create practices where teams embrace and implement change, patients respect their treatment regiments, and doctors enjoy practicing.
